Terms of Service —
By hiring Mr. Repair It, you agree to the following terms:
- Scope of Work: All services will be limited to those agreed upon in writing or as outlined in our estimate or invoice.
- Payment: In most cases 50% is due + 100% of the materials cost before the project starts, and the final 50% Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur fees.
- Estimates & Changes: Estimates are not final bids. Any changes to the job or additional work requested may alter the final price.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
- Liability: We are insured and take every precaution, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or problems arising from materials provided by the client.
- Warranty: Work is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers workmanship only, not wear-and-tear, misuse, or materials.
- Access: Client must provide safe access to the work area. Pets and valuables should be secured.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline any work that is unsafe, illegal, or outside our scope.
